It is the only big hotel chain in the city and is close to the train station and shopping centre. Room is decent and clean. Breakfast has a good choice of western and Japanese.

There are not too many tourist attraction around. I am only visiting for study.

It was in a good central location in Yokaichi, it was very clean, the standard room was nice and bed was comfortable, and the public bath was nice.

Breakfast was fine though mediocre / average and the offerings were not that great. There were numerous foreigners staying there and I don’t think it appealed / catered to many - not cereal, no yoghurt…I asked for an early check in - to iron a business shirt ahead of a business meeting, and they wanted to charge me an extra room charge of ¥2,000 to do so - which I thought they could have waived.

It was close to the train and bus station. Close to shopping mall, grocery stores and restaurants .It was about 30 mins by bus to the Koto Memorial Hospital. Onsen was nice. There are also coin operated laundry machines on site.

The hallway smelled due to a smoking room on the floor. Breakfast was included but no western style foods available.

Service staffs in the restaurant were excellent and cheerful. Breakfast was good. Delicious.

Receptionist was not helpful ?, he shown us long face while helping me to locate a place.. no any eye contact at all.

Close to station and city centre. Clean ( like most Japanese hotels). Decent sized room.

Have four sets of coin laundry and drier, and a spring bath for guests. The bed and the pillow are comfortable. The location is great. And if you check in early and stored your luggage, they will help you take it to your room in advance.

Good spread of breakfast choices. Great location, right next to Yokaichi station. Medium size Shopping mall within walking distance. I would definitely want to come back again. Room is definitely clean.

The hotels staff were very helpful and willing to go beyond their work scopes just to help us so that our stay (12 days) was good. The rooms were in excellent condition when we entered and was kept that way during our stay. The location was just perfect for our need. The train and bus station are just next door. The railway lune was just behind the hotel but it was so quiet. I would defintely stay again if the is a need for me to be here.

The hotel was not aware of the halal requirement for muslim during breakfast but the hotel have many selection of foods such as vegies, fishes, rice, poridges and drinks. Provided, not search too details of the food contents.

Disappointing

When you go to a hotel, you pay so you will sleep more comfortable, however, the sleep was not comfortable at all. We weren't bothered by the trains or any kind of noise during the stay, despite the fact that it had typhoon during those 2 days, but hard bed and hard pillows made our sleep bad that we felt more tired when we left than when we went to the hotel.

This property has everything a traveller needs: awesome breakfast, public bath, drinks and cup noodles vending machines, microwave, washing machine and dryer, plenty of parking, decent rooms and pleasant staff and attentive staff (reception, housekeeping and restaurant) !!

Once again the check-in process here is exceptional! We really want to thank the staff for their professionalism and outstanding service with making our arrival pleasant and fluid.
